Evans and James were appointed to develop proposed drawings for a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to a three bedroom semi-detached house in West Bridgford. We initially met with the clients to understand their needs for the property and undertook a measured survey of property to develop existing floor plans and elevations. Following this, we developed three floor plan and elevation options, prior to editing their preferred option and preparing the associated planning application documentation.
The final proposed scheme provides a large garage/utility area, open plan kitchen, diner and living space and five bedrooms, two of which will be ensuite. We look forward to seeing the implemented scheme in late 2019.
