What Are Level 2 and Level 3 Homebuyer Surveys?

This type of survey highlights any visible defects, and is ideal for properties in generally good condition. Prices for a Level 2 Survey start at £330.
For older, more complex, or non-standard buildings, such as heritage properties or those with special construction, a Level 3 Building Survey offers a more detailed analysis. It provides a full structural assessment, including advice on repairs, maintenance, and future risks.
What to Expect From Your Homebuyer Survey
