Garage Conversion, Rutland

Evans & James were appointed to develop proposed drawings for the conversion of a garage into office/guest room accommodation and add a ground floor shower room into the existing utility space.

From initial client enquiry we undertook a measured survey of the existing layouts and elevations and then created three layout options for the client. After meeting with the client and gaining their feedback on the elements they liked from each option we then developed the final proposed layout and elevation. The client has a limited budget of circa 10k to complete the works and the drawings are now with local builders for pricing. At Evans & James we work hard to ensure that what we design can be delivered within the budget that the client has available, no matter how large or small this may be.

Our client will be undertaking the works over the summer and we look forward to seeing the final results!
